Import von Clippings

In aclipp gibt es verschiedene Varianten Clippings einzufügen. Du kannst das manuell über die App machen, die Chrome Extension nutzen, deinen Medienbeobachter mit aclipp verbinden oder unseren Importer zu nutzen.
Mithilfe des Importers hast du die Möglichkeit unbegrenzt viele Clippings mit nur wenigen Klicks auf einmal in aclipp zu importieren.
Um diese Funktion zu nutzen, musst du zunächst zur Clipping-Tabelle navigieren. Dort kannst du oberhalb der Tabelle den Button "Import" nutzen.
Anschließend gelangst du zum aclipp Importer und kannst ihm Schritt für Schritt folgen.
- Als erstes musst du die Brand auswählen, für die du die Clippings importieren möchtest.
- Danach gibst du an, zu welchem Kanal die Clippings gehören. Hier werden natürlich nur die Kanäle angezeigt, die für diese Brand aktiv sind.
- Anschließend hast du die Möglichkeit festzulegen, mit welchem Status die Erwähnungen importiert werden sollen. Hier stehen die drei Status Fertig, Entwurf und Kontrolle zur Verfügung.
Jetzt kannst du die Daten aus einer CSV-/Excel-/Numbers-/Google Sheets Datei kopieren und in das Eingabefeld einfügen. Dabei ist es auch zwingend nötig die Kopfzeile mit einzufügen. Unter dem Eingabefeld erhältst du sofort ein Feedback wie viele Zeilen und Spalten vom Importer identifiziert wurden. Entspricht das deiner gewünschten Eingabe, kannst du weiter navigieren.
Hier siehst du eine Beispiel-Tabelle, deren Daten du problemlos in den Importer kopieren und so ein aclipp einfügen könntest.
Nun müssen zwingend die aclipp Basic-KPIs befüllt werden. Dafür gibst du über das Dropdown einfach an, in welcher Spalte die benötigte Information steht. Auch hier erhältst du sofort ein Feedback, ob das Format der gewählten Spalten zum Format der aclipp Basic-KPIs passt.
Nun hast du auch die Möglichkeit alle weiteren für den Kanal aktivierten KPIs mithilfe der Daten aus der CSV zu befüllen.
Im letzten Schritt musst du folgende Schritte vornehmen:
- Du musst dich entscheiden, ob die Clippings mit oder ohne Belegbild hinzugefügt werden sollen. Entscheidest du dich für den Upload ohne Bild, kannst du hier einfach weiter gehen.
- Möchtest du jedoch Bilder hochladen, musst du zunächst angeben in welcher Spalte angegeben wurde, wie die zum Clippings zugehörige Bilddatei heißt. Dabei ist der gesamte Dateiname anzugeben, z. B. Bild1.png.
- Nun musst du noch den Ordner hochladen, in dem die Bilder zu den Clippings gespeichert sind.
- Auch dort erhältst du gleich wieder ein Feedback, wie vielen Clippings ein Bild zugeordnet werden konnte.
Nun musst du den Import nur noch abschließen und schon werden alle Clippings in aclipp hinzugefügt.
ACHTUNG:
Bitte warte, bis alle Clippings importiert wurden, bevor du den Importer verlässt.
In der Clipping-Tabelle findest du nun alle importierten Clippings.

There are several ways to insert clippings in aclipp. You can do it manually via the app, use the Chrome extension, connect your media watcher to aclipp or use our importer.
Using the importer, you have the possibility to import unlimited clippings into aclipp with just a few clicks.
To use this function, you first have to navigate to the clipping table. There you can use the button "Import" above the table.
After that you will get to the aclipp importer and can follow it step by step.
- First you have to select the brand for which you want to import the clippings.
- Then you specify to which channel the clippings belong. Of course, only the channels that are active for this brand will be displayed.
- Next, you have the option of specifying the status with which the mentions are to be imported. The three statuses Done, Draft and Check are available here.
Here you can copy the data from a CSV/Excel/Numbers/Google Sheets file and paste it into the input field. It is also mandatory to insert the header line. Below the input field you will immediately get a feedback how many rows and columns have been identified by the importer. If this corresponds to your desired input, you can navigate further.
Here you can see an example table whose data you could easily copy into the importer and thus insert an aclipp.
In this step you have to fill the aclipp Basic-KPIs. To do this, simply use the dropdown to specify which column contains the required information. Here, too, you will immediately receive feedback as to whether the format of the selected columns matches the format of the aclipp Basic KPIs.
Now you also have the option to fill all other KPIs activated for the channel using the data from the CSV.
In the last step you need to do the following:
- You have to decide whether the clippings should be added with or without a document image. If you decide to upload without an image, you can simply continue here.
- However, if you want to upload images, you must first specify in which column the image file associated with the clipping is called. The entire file name is to be indicated, e.g. picture1.png.
- Now you have to upload the folder where the images for the clippings are stored.
- There you will also get a feedback how many clippings could be assigned to a picture.
In the end you just have to finish the import and all clippings will be added to aclipp.
ATTENTION:
Please wait until all clippings have been imported before you exit the importer.
In the clipping table you will now find all imported clippings.
