Um das Dashboard mit Personen zu teilen, die keinen aclipp User haben, musst du nur auf den Share-Button und anschließend auf "Link kopieren" klicken. Jetzt wurde der Link automatisch in deine Zwischenablage kopiert und du kannst ihn an die gewünschten Personen verschicken.
Was genau sieht die Person auf dem geteilten Dashboard?
Auf der geteilten Version des Dashboards sind nur die Diagramme und KPIs zu sehen, die du auf deinem Dashboard platziert hast. Außerdem hat die Person nur Zugriff auf das Dashboard und sieht keines der anderen Features von aclipp, die Navigationsleiste links ist also nicht sichtbar.
Hast du ein Dashboard nur für eine deiner Marken erstellt, ist über diesen Link zudem nur das entsprechende Dashboard einsehbar. Es tauchen also keine Daten eines anderen Dashboards bzw. Marken auf..
Wie lange ist der Link gültig?
Der Link verliert seine Gültigkeit nicht, sodass dein Team oder deine Kunden jederzeit mithilfe des Links auf das Dashboard zugreifen können.
Möchtest du jedoch einen neuen Link erzeugen, kannst du das über den Button "Link erneuern" tun. Dadurch wird der alte Link ungültig und eine neue individuelle URL erzeugt, die du wieder an alle Personen schicken kannst, die Zugriff auf das Dashboard haben sollen.

Share the dashboard
To share the dashboard with people who do not have an aclipp user, all you have to do is click on the share button and then on "Copy link". Now the link has been automatically copied to your clipboard and you can send it to the desired people.
What exactly does the person see on the shared dashboard?
On the shared version of the dashboard, only the charts and KPIs that you have placed on your dashboard are visible. Also, the person only has access to the dashboard and does not see any of the other features of aclipp, so the navigation bar on the left is not visible.
If you have created a dashboard for only one of your brands, only the corresponding dashboard can be viewed via this link. No data from another dashboard or brand will appear.
How long is the link valid?
The link does not expire, so your team or clients can access the Dashboard at any time using the link.
However, if you want to create a new link, you can do so via the "Renew link" button. This will invalidate the old link and create a new custom URL that you can send again to everyone who needs to access the Dashboard.
