## Capture a clipping

1. Browse to the article, blog post, or social media page you want to save.
2. Click the **aclipp extension icon** in your toolbar.
3. The extension captures a screenshot and the URL of the page.

## Review and save

aclipp's AI automatically:

- Extracts **title, date, author**, and other metadata.
- The **[outlet](/help/clippings/outlets)** (e.g., "Spiegel Online") is detected and matched to existing outlets in your account.
- You can choose which **project** and **organization** to save the clipping to.

Review the pre-filled information, make any adjustments you need, and hit **Save**.

## Multiple organizations

If you belong to more than one organization (for example, if you manage PR for multiple clients), you can switch between them directly in the extension. Just select the organization you want from the dropdown before saving.
