# Sharing Dashboards

Share dashboards with team members or anyone via a public link


There are two ways to share dashboards: with other aclipp users in your organization, or with anyone via a public link.

## Share with aclipp users

Everyone in your organization who has access to the project can view its dashboards. No extra sharing step is needed. Just make sure the person is a [member of your organization](/help/organizations/inviting-users) with the appropriate role.

## Share via public link

You can also share a dashboard with people who don't have an aclipp account, for example clients, executives, or external stakeholders.

1. Open the dashboard you want to share from the [**Dashboards**](app:~/analytics) tab.
2. Click the **Share** button.
3. Toggle the **public link** on.
4. Copy the link and send it to anyone.

The public link gives a **live, read-only view** of the dashboard. Recipients always see the latest data. You can turn the link off at any time to revoke access.

### Enable filters for viewers

By default, public dashboards show the data as configured by the dashboard owner. You can optionally allow viewers to filter the data themselves:

1. Open the **Share** dialog.
2. Toggle the public link on (if not already).
3. Enable **Show filters**.
