# Inviting Users

Add team members to your organization


aclipp is built for teams. You can invite colleagues and manage everything from your organization settings.

## How to invite

1. Go to [**Settings > Users**](app:/settings/users) in your aclipp account.
2. Click **Invite** and enter the email address of the person you want to add.
3. Choose a [role](/help/organizations/roles) for the new team member.
4. They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization.

## If an invitation expires

Invitations are valid for one week. If someone doesn't accept in time, the invite expires and the link stops working.

To send a fresh one:

1. Go to [**Settings > Users**](app:/settings/users) and open the **Invited** tab.
2. Find the person. Once their invite has lapsed, it shows an **Expired** badge.
3. Open the **⋯** menu next to them and click **Resend invitation**. They'll receive a new email with a new one-week link.

You can resend at any time, even before an invite expires, in case the original email never arrived.

## Change roles or deactivate members

You can update a team member's role or deactivate them at any time:

1. Go to [**Settings > Users**](app:/settings/users).
2. Find the team member you want to update.
3. Change their role from the dropdown, or click **Deactivate** to revoke their access.
