Organize your brand, competitors, media coverage, and AI Visibility in one workspace

A project is the workspace for a brand within your organization. It brings together the brand's clippings, monitoring, AI Visibility, dashboards, and reports. You can use PR Analytics, AI Visibility, or both in the same project, depending on its licenses.

Your organization contains your team and projects. Each project has its own brand settings and competitors, so you can work with a different comparison group for each brand or client.

## Set up your project

Create a project from the [**Projects**](app:/projects) page. Give it a name and configure your brand in [**Project Settings**](app:~/settings).

- Set the project's name and website.
- Add a logo, cover images, and brand color for your reports and visualizations.
- Check the brand name, aliases, and domains used for tracking under [**Competitors**](app:~/settings/competitors), where your own brand also appears.

Team members' roles determine which projects they can view or edit. See [Roles and permissions](/help/organizations/roles) for details.

## Define competitors once per project

Add the competitors you want to compare with your own brand to this project. PR Analytics and AI Visibility use the same competitor list and tracking details.

For example, an agency can keep one client's brand and its competitors in one project, and a different client's brand and competitors in another. To benchmark a brand against competitors, add them to its existing project.

[Set up your project's competitors](/help/projects/competitors).

## Use the project across your work

For PR Analytics, collect your brand's and competitors' clippings, compare their coverage, and include the results in dashboards and reports. Monitoring sources and search terms determine which coverage you collect.

For AI Visibility, set up prompts and providers, then compare how AI answers mention and cite the brands in your project. Adding competitors does not create monitoring searches or AI prompts; configure these for the questions you want to answer.

Keep related work in the same project so you can report on media coverage and AI Visibility together.
