Sharing & Exporting Reports

Export as PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, or CSV, or share via online link

View as Markdown

Share reports with colleagues, clients, or stakeholders via multiple export formats or interactive links. Viewers don't need an aclipp account.

Export formats#

  • PDF: Professional, print-ready format that closely matches the web version of your report. Perfect for attaching to emails or archiving.
  • PowerPoint: Choose the standard presentation export or the experimental editable version with native text boxes, images, and tables.
  • Excel: Spreadsheet export for analysis and further processing.
  • CSV: Raw data export for custom analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Online report link: Interactive online version of your report and the most flexible option. See below.

Downloads page#

Generated PDF and PowerPoint exports are collected on the Downloads tab inside your report. Excel and CSV files download directly. On the Downloads tab you can:

  • Track export progress in real time.
  • Re-download any previous export.
  • Keep your full export history organized in one place.

Online reports#

Online report links give stakeholders a live, interactive version of your report in the browser. Unlike static exports, online reports update automatically whenever new clippings are added or data changes. This makes them ideal as continuous, always-up-to-date reports that you share once and never need to re-send.

Viewers can:

  • Browse through all clippings in the report.
  • Watch embedded videos directly in the report.
  • View images in a lightbox.
  • Explore the data interactively.

Access control#

You can choose who can view an online report:

  • Anyone with the link: Share the link with external stakeholders, clients, or anyone else. No account required.
  • Internal only: Restrict access to members of your organization. Viewers must be signed in to their aclipp account.
