Settings

Your own settings live on the Account page, which you reach from the menu under your name in the sidebar. They apply to you alone, and your colleagues keep their own.

Language and theme#

aclipp is available in English and German. The language you pick changes the interface, and it also decides which language your emails arrive in.

aclipp has a light mode and a dark mode. Under Theme you choose between three options:

• System. Follows your operating system and switches with it.
• Light. Always the light theme.
• Dark. Always the dark theme.

Your theme is stored in the browser you are using, so set it once per computer, phone or browser. The aclipp website and this Help Center have the same control, in the website footer and at the foot of the Help Center navigation.

Changing your email address#

Your email address is your login, so the Account page shows it but does not let you edit it. Contact support and they will change it for you.

Changing your password#

Select Reset password and aclipp emails you a link for setting a new one. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, your password lives with them, and the button will tell you so.

Deleting your account#

Select Delete account, confirm with your email address, and type the confirmation phrase. A chat then opens with our support team, who handle the deletion for you.
