We Did It: Our First Investor!
We did it! The successful Munich entrepreneur Ludwig Schroedl has invested a six-figure sum in aclipp, based on a million-dollar valuation. This allows us to implement more customer requests, develop additional features, and expand rapidly into the DACH region π

What Does Ludwig Schroedl Think of aclipp and Why Did He Invest?
Our current market study clearly shows that there is still much to do in terms of digitalization in the PR industry. 86% of the PR professionals surveyed see a need for digitalization in their daily work and would particularly welcome new tools in the area of 'PR Reporting' to make processes more efficient. This is exactly where aclipp comes in. A year ago, we developed software that allows for cross-channel media monitoring, enhanced with meaningful KPIs at the touch of a button, and generates relevant PR reports in just 4 minutes. We continually gather feedback from PR managers, so the experiences of over 500 PR professionals have already been incorporated into our product.
βThe aclipp team incorporated industry insights into their software development from the start. The positive feedback from their customers and established companies like Landau Media and Observer shows that their strategy is working. As an investor, I was convinced by their data-driven approach and market potential,β says Ludwig Schroedl.

Awarded for Innovation
Not only have we convinced Munich investor Ludwig Schroedl and numerous customers with our innovative approach, but also various expert panels. Last year alone, aclipp was awarded two founder prizes for its revolutionary concept. We are particularly proud of the Johann Helfenzrieder Transformation Prize, which was awarded only once. The Ingolstadt Founder Prize was also a great honor.
Where Do We Go from Here?
With the new financial resources, we have big plans: we want to continuously develop our software, add new features, and provide even greater relief for PR managers. We already have a long list of new functions - so stay tuned ππ₯
We also plan to release a new whitepaper, where we will once again explore many exciting topics from the PR industry and the working methods of PR experts. As usual, we will make this available to you free of charge. You will find out more about it soon here on the blog and on our social media channels.
Additionally, we aim to expand beyond the German market, particularly into Austria and Switzerland, to advance digitalization in the PR industry there as well, giving PR professionals more time for creative work, networking, and pitches.
As you can see, we have a lot planned for the coming months. We are very excited about the future and the new opportunities the investment brings. So, we are going full throttle to provide you with an ever-improving software π
