Inviting Users
Add team members to your organization
aclipp is built for teams. You can invite colleagues and manage everything from your organization settings.
How to invite#
- Go to Settings > Users in your aclipp account.
- Click Invite and enter the email address of the person you want to add.
- Choose a role for the new team member.
- They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization.
If an invitation expires#
Invitations are valid for one week. If someone doesn't accept in time, the invite expires and the link stops working.
To send a fresh one:
- Go to Settings > Users and open the Invited tab.
- Find the person. Once their invite has lapsed, it shows an Expired badge.
- Open the ⋯ menu next to them and click Resend invitation. They'll receive a new email with a new one-week link.
You can resend at any time, even before an invite expires, in case the original email never arrived.
Change roles or deactivate members#
You can update a team member's role or deactivate them at any time:
- Go to Settings > Users.
- Find the team member you want to update.
- Change their role from the dropdown, or click Deactivate to revoke their access.
