Sharing Dashboards

There are two ways to share dashboards: with other aclipp users in your organization, or with anyone via a public link.

Share with aclipp users#

Everyone in your organization who has access to the project can view its dashboards. No extra sharing step is needed. Just make sure the person is a member of your organization with the appropriate role.

Share via public link#

You can also share a dashboard with people who don't have an aclipp account, for example clients, executives, or external stakeholders.

1. Open the dashboard you want to share from the Dashboards tab.
2. Click the Share button.
3. Toggle the public link on.
4. Copy the link and send it to anyone.

The public link gives a live, read-only view of the dashboard. Recipients always see the latest data. You can turn the link off at any time to revoke access.
