Create Reports

Build professional reports and share via CSV, PDF, PowerPoint or online links

Reports turn your clippings and insights into professional, shareable formats for your team or clients.

Creating or Editing Reports#

Go to the Reports tab to get started.

  • Create a new report: Give it a name.
  • Edit an existing report: Make changes to filters, layout, or content at any time.
  • Duplicate reports: Quickly reuse a structure, for example to build a monthly or quarterly template.

Report structure#

Every report is made of two main sections:

1. Filters#

  • Define which clippings appear in the report.
  • Filter by date range, channel, outlet, tags, metrics, status, and more. Essentially any data in aclipp.
  • The clipping list updates dynamically as you adjust filters.

2. Layout#

  • Gives you full design freedom.
  • Create sections and add content elements, such as:
    • Cover pages
    • Summaries
    • Highlights
    • Clipping lists
    • Clipping detail cards

The side-by-side preview provides instant feedback on how your report will look, so you can refine as you build.
