Join your team by email domain

When a colleague signed up for aclipp on their own, they ended up in a new, empty organization, and an admin had to invite them before they saw any of the team's projects. Admins can now verify their company's email domain instead.

Add the domain under Settings, Organization, and publish the TXT record aclipp shows you at your DNS provider. From then on, anyone who signs up with a confirmed address on that domain sees your organization before they create their own.

You decide how they get in. By default they ask to join, admins get an email and approve or decline the request under Settings, Users. If you trust everyone on your domain, turn on Join automatically and they join right away. Either way they start as editors.

aclipp checks the record daily. If it disappears, nobody can join through the domain until you put it back. Free email domains like gmail.com cannot be verified.

The help article walks through the setup.
